Term & Conditions

We require at least 14 days prior to departure in low season and 20 days prior to departure in high season, in order to assure your hotel, and transportation, etc. However, we will endeavor to accommodate late bookings up to 4 days prior departure.

There is no booking fee on this website. All later changes to your original itinerary are free of charge. Bali BEAT Tour.com does not charge any cancellation fees. Some hotels however may require a one night room charge for late cancellations.
For tour packages you need to cancel your reservation within less than 2 (two) weeks prior to tour implementation except in the high season period (mostly through the month of August and during the period of December 20 - January 07) where cancellation should be made within less than 30 days prior to tour implementation.
For sightseeing tours / vacation / optional activities you need to cancel your booking within less than 3 (two) days prior tour implementation.

- All reservation will be processed if you completely fill our confirmation form.

- Your reservation will be replied at least with in 5 hours on business day to 12

   hours on weekends.

If your reservation is not confirmed with in 12 hour our staff will inform you and provide you with other suggestions
